We want you to be completely happy with your SunnahForm gear. Below is a quick summary of how returns and exchanges work, followed by more detailed guidance.

🔁 Quick Overview: How Returns & Exchanges Work

  1. Use our nominated courier to return your item(s).

  2. We’ll notify you once your return has been received and processed.

  3. You’ll receive either store credit or a refund, based on your preference.

  4. You can then use store credit to order a different size, style, or something entirely new.

✅ Avoiding Returns: Let’s Get the Fit Right First

At SunnahForm, we want you to love what you wear — and more importantly, not need to return it. The most common reason for returns in online clothing is sizing. To make this as easy as possible, we offer two helpful sizing tools:

  • Size Chart – Use this to compare your own measurements.

You’ll find both on each product page under the “Size Guide” tab. If you use both charts, you'll be much more likely to get the perfect fit, inshaAllah.

🔄 Returns & Exchange Policy

We’ve tried to make returns and exchanges simple, so you can shop with confidence.

  • All return requests must be submitted through our online portal.

  • Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label from our preferred courier.

  • Your return must meet the following conditions:

        • The product is in the same original condition as at the time of purchase.
        • The product has not been worn outside of the house.
        • The product has not been worn (with the exception of trying it on for size).
        • The product has not been washed.
        • The product is returned in its original packaging with original tags still attached.
        • The product is then received by SUNNAHFORM.

    7. The buyer will be entitled to return purchased goods within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund, provided the goods are defined as returns according to above.
    8. If the goods are returned after 30 days of receiving the order, the buyer no longer has the right to a refund, exchange, or store credit.
    9. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred including the initial shipping cost at the time of the purchase and at the time of returning the item to SUNNAHFORM.

     

We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet these conditions.

💳 Store Credit vs. Refunds

We default to offering store credit because:

  • It gives you free return shipping

  • It never expires

  • It can be used during sales and promotions

  • It gives you flexibility to shop again later

If you’d prefer a cash refund, no problem — just select that option when submitting your return. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method and usually appear within 5 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping Costs for Refunds

If you choose a refund instead of store credit, return shipping will be deducted from your refund total:

  • $9.95 for the first item

  • $4.95 for each additional item

This fee is subsidised by SunnahForm — actual courier costs are higher. We’ve introduced this to reduce excessive returns, which increase carbon emissions and costs for everyone.

🎁 Free Returns if You Choose Store Credit

If you select store credit, your return shipping is completely free.

Please note:

  • New orders placed using store credit will be treated as fresh orders and may incur standard shipping costs.

  • If you later request a refund of your store credit (within 6 months), the waived shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.

📩 How to Submit a Return

  1. Visit our Returns Portal

  2. Fill in the return request form.

  3. We’ll respond within 3–4 business days with your return label and instructions.

You can check the status of your return anytime via the portal using your order number and email address.

📬 Return Processing Time

Returns usually arrive at our warehouse within 5 business days. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue your store credit or refund and notify you via email.

🔁 Using Store Credit for Exchanges

Once you receive your store credit, you can:

  • Order the same item in a different size or color

  • Choose something else entirely

  • Save it for later — it never expires, inshaAllah

❌ Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

  • Before it ships: Contact us immediately — we’ll issue a full refund.

  • After it ships: You’ll be responsible for both outbound and return shipping.

  • If you refuse the package or it's undeliverable, return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
